Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original FitBander packaging, ensuring all tags and accessories are included to qualify for a refund.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your returned gear, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
